The Fulham FC signed shirt will be given to the winner by Fitzdares. More than one month notice must be given by the winner, in order to allow sufficient time for Fitzdares to send the item via postal service.

Entries close at midnight on 05/07/24.

The winner of the competition will be announced within 24 hours of the entries closing.
