You are invited to take part in a filmed competition at Windsor Racecourse on Friday 16 January 2026, organised by Fitzdares Ltd (the “Competition”).
Please read the following carefully. By signing this form, you agree to the filming and competition terms below.
1. Filming & Use of Footage
By taking part, I confirm that:
a) I give Fitzdares Ltd permission to film, photograph and record my voice during the Competition.
b) Fitzdares Ltd may edit and use this footage, in full or in part, on its social media channels (including X, Meta, YouTube and LinkedIn), on other video platforms, and for general promotional and marketing purposes.
c) Fitzdares Ltd will own all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the material.
d) I understand that I will not be able to review or approve the finished film before it is published.
e) The footage may be used worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice or payment.
f) I release Fitzdares Ltd and its partners from any claims arising from the use of the footage, including claims relating to privacy or publicity.
2. Who Can Take PartI confirm that:
a) I am 18 years of age or over.
b) I have an active Fitzdares betting account, or I am eligible to open one in accordance with Fitzdares’ account terms and UK gambling regulations.
c) Fitzdares Ltd may refuse entry at its discretion.
3. How the Competition Works
a) Participants will be blindfolded and asked to start and stop a clock as close as possible to the official final furlong time of The Jukebox Man’s race run on Boxing Day 26th December 2025.
b) The official final furlong time used for judging will be determined by Fitzdares Ltd and will be shared with each participant before they attempt the competition.
c) Each participant will have one attempt only.
d) Times will be measured to the millisecond.
e) In the event of a tie, Fitzdares Ltd will decide the outcome.
f) All decisions made by Fitzdares Ltd are final.
4. Prizes
a) Any participant who stops the clock exactly to the millisecond will receive a £500 free bet.
b) If no participant matches the time exactly, the three closest participants will each receive a £100 free bet.
c) Free bets will be credited directly to the participant’s Fitzdares account.
5. Free Bet Terms
a) Minimum odds: Evens (2.0).
b) Free bet stakes are not returned with any winnings.
c) Free bets may be used on win-only singles or accumulators.
d) Free bets are non-transferable, non-withdrawable and may be subject to an expiry date.
e) Standard Fitzdares betting rules and account terms apply.
6. Final Bits
a) Fitzdares Ltd may amend, suspend or cancel the Competition if necessary.
b) Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
c) By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood and agree to these terms.
