Hours Shifts work any five days in the week; 1am-9am
Salary Dependant on experience

Main responsibilities: 

  • Taking sports bets across all platforms (phone, text, email, live chat), sometimes in a high-pressure environment.
  • Delivering world-class customer service & support for our clients.
  • Monitoring and managing trading liabilities.
  • Performing regular analysis of our customer’s limits and behaviours.
  • Keeping up-to-date with all sports, with an emphasis on horse racing and football.
  • Performing safer gambling checks in line with the company compliance program.


  • Excellent knowledge of sports.
  • Previous trading experience not essential but a very good understanding of betting principles will be required.
  • High level of numeracy.
  • A cool temperament and the ability to perform well under pressure.
  • A basic understanding of online casino games/providers and promotions would be helpful.

AML Analyst

Department Compliance
Department Head Group Compliance Director & MLRO
Hours 09:00 – 17:30 / 10:30 – 19:00 (Mon-Sat), 09:00 – 17:30 / 10:00 – 18:30 (Sundays). 5 out of 7 days a week, weekend work required.
Salary Based on experience


  • Complete player risk assessments from an AML/TF point of view
  • Request and review KYC, CDD & SOF documentation
  • Communicate with members to collect the required documentation or seek further information by e-mail and phone
  • Complete open-source investigations, identifying any adverse media and to cohobate the narrative provided by the customer
  • Make recommendations for approval, approval with limits and recommendations for closure to the MLRO/DMLRO
  • Identify and report suspicious activity to the MLRO/DMLRO
  • Provide support to the Safer Gambling Team in reviewing documentation provided for affordability reviews
  • Be responsible for reviewing internal escalations from other team members of the Compliance Team
  • Conduct pre-withdrawal approval reviews for the Finance Team when escalated
  • Respond to internal concerns raised by other parts of the business
  • Liaise with other stakeholders to complete AML activities and procedures
  • Keep abreast of industry guidance and updates to policy/legislation
  • Partake in project work in developing AML procedures and policies
  • Provide support to the Head of Compliance & Group Compliance Director as required

Required skills and experience:

  • Anti-money laundering experience within a remote gambling environment (minimum 6 months)
  • Comfortable discussing sensitive issues or concerns with members over the phone
  • Experience in conducting enhanced due diligence checks and source of funds/wealth reviews
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • ICA qualification(s) – started or completed (desired)
  • ACAM qualification(s) – started or completed (desired)
