Junior Broker

Hours	Shifts work any five days in the week; 1am-9am
Salary	Dependant on experience

Main responsibilities:

Taking sports bets across all platforms (phone, text, email, live chat), sometimes in a high-pressure environment.
Delivering world-class customer service & support for our clients.
Monitoring and managing trading liabilities.
Performing regular analysis of our customer’s limits and behaviours.
Keeping up-to-date with all sports, with an emphasis on horse racing and football.
Performing safer gambling checks in line with the company compliance program.

Requirements:

Excellent knowledge of sports.
Previous trading experience not essential but a very good understanding of betting principles will be required.
High level of numeracy.
A cool temperament and the ability to perform well under pressure.
A basic understanding of online casino games/providers and promotions would be helpful.
