We have an experienced and dynamic team running the global business from our offices in Notting Hill and are now looking to expand our current Performance Team. The Head of Group Retention will be responsible for all aspects of our generosity strategy, working closely with senior managers from across the business, as well as multiple partners.

The role would suit someone who has some direct experience within the gaming industry, either operator or supplier side. Candidates should relish the challenge of helping Fitzdares maintain industry-leading retention rates and will be responsible for hitting key business targets, including the number of customers active in a given week, their stakes, and their encouraged margin across Racing, Football and Key Sports.

Main responsibilities: 

  • Develop strategies to segment, target and retain Fitzdares members in the UK, Ireland and Ontario.
  • Collaborate with marketing, analytics and marketing agencies to create a calendar of retention campaigns around sporting events and to support the sportsbook and casino marketing activity.
  • Perform campaign management, tracking and measurement of all retention-based campaigns.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting against core metrics, monthly budgets and KPIs.
  • Provide support to the Marketing and Performance Teams for both user acquisition and conversion tactics.
  • Keeping up with the latest trends in digital marketing and gaming.
  • Reporting on retention, including to senior management and Board.
  • Being the ‘Retention Champion’ within Fitzdares and working closely with all existing teams to improve the product and user experience.

Desired skills:

  • 1-4 years of experience working within online gaming B2B or B2C or similar.
  • Highly organised and able to work on multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously.
  • Ability to report on all aspects of business performance.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Power BI experience.

Considered as an asset for this role:

  • Marketing and bonusing experience for an online B2C operator.
  • Proficient in business intelligence (SQL and Snowflake)
